James, better known to most as "JT", has over 20 years of experience in the painting and drywall business. Having owned
and operated several businesses from as early on as his high school years, JT came to Systems Painters and Drywall in
1991 as a partner in the small fledgling company, where he took on the roll of overseeing the painting operations in the
business. As the company grew so did JT’s roll within the company, quickly becoming Vice President in charge of all field
operations. In 2004 James became the majority partner of Systems Painters and Drywall and quickly set forth a plan to
strengthen the company’s already excellent reputation in the construction industry as well as institute many successful
programs such as the company’s involvement in the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s "IMAGE" program,
becoming one of only nine companies in the entire country selected to participate as charter members in the program. Over
the years JT has been instrumental in the success of SPD and today continues that tradition, serving as CEO of the
company.
Larry has over 17 years of experience in the paint and construction industry and graduated from Texas A&M University with
a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting in 1991. Prior to joining the SPD Team, Larry was employed with
two of the largest national paint supply companies in the country. With over 13 years of service with Systems Painters &
Drywall, Larry has held the positions of Vice President, Chief Estimator / Senior Project Manager, and also Estimator / Project
Manager. During his career, he has successfully estimated and project managed over 450 projects ranging from $30k to
over $2 Million. Currently serving as President of the company, he is responsible for the daily operations of the company,
estimating / project management, and business development. Larry is proud to continue the tradition of excellent customer
service and on time, on budget project completion that SPD has provided for it’s customers over the past 32 years.
Angel has over 23 years of experience in the painting and construction industry. Working his way up in the company, Angel
started his career with Systems Painters and Drywall as a painter in the field and quickly became a Project Foreman,
successfully completing numerous projects across the country. Recognizing his leadership skills and commitment to quality,
the company promoted Angel to Project Superintendent in February of 2001, where he oversaw the completion of multiple
painting projects. As the company grew, he became SPD’s General Superintendent in charge of all painting and drywall
finishing operations. Excelling in every task he has been given, in 2010 Angel was named Vice President of the company
and is now in charge of all of the company’s field operations. With over 23 years of tenure with SPD, Angel is capable and
ready to serve the needs of our customers and their construction projects.
Janet has over 27 years of experience in the contract accounting industry and graduated from the University of Texas at El
Paso with a Bachelor of Accounting degree. The last 15 years she has served as controller for Systems Painters and
Drywall. Janet's responsibilities include preparing profit/loss statements, managing accounts payable, customer billing and
contract compliance, tax compliance, in addition to routine fiscal audits.

After 25 years with the Sherwin Williams Company, the last 12 years as Houston District Manager, Jeff Baylis joined
Systems Painters & Drywall as a partner effective March 1st , 2011. His roles and assignments with Sherwin Williams
include Store Management in New Orleans and Corpus Christi along with District Management assignments in Mid Texas,
South Texas and Houston, Texas. His wife, and family continue to reside in the Woodlands. With a great depth of industry
and management experience, Jeff will be involved in all aspects of management, Human Resource Management, operations
and sales which includes working closely with our paint and drywall estimating departments along with our field production
